Sponge cake filled with strawberry flavoured cream 25% and strawberry jam 10 % covered with cocoa coating 10% Ingredients: Sponge cake 40%: wheat flour, sugar, egg powder, glucose syrup, humectants (glycerol, sorbitol, propylene glycol ), rapeseed oil, wheat starch, emulsifiers (mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, polyglycerol esters of fatty acids, soya lecithin), raising agents (sodium pyrophosphate, sodium hydrogen carbonate), salt, flavours: vanilla, natural orange; preservative (potassium sorbate). Strawberry cream 25%: palm oil, glucose –fructose syrup, sugar, skimmed milk powder, dextrose, glucose syrup, emulsifiers (mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, polyglycerol esters of fatty acids, soya lecithin), salt, flavor : strawberry; acidity regulator (citric acid), preservative (potassium sorbate). Syrup 15%: glucose syrup, alcohol (max. 1.5%), flavor: vanilla; preservative (potassium sorbate). Strawberry jam 10%: sugar, fruit pulp 35% (strawberry 20%, apple 15%), glucose syrup, thickener: pectin; acidity regulator (citric acid), preservative (potassium sorbate), flavour: strawberry. Cocoa coating 10%: sugar, fully hydrogenated vegetable fat (soya, palm, rapeseed), cocoa powder (min. 12.5%), emulsifier (soya lecithin, polyglycerol polyricinoleate), flavour: vanilla; salt. May contain traces of hazelnut.
