Sponge cake filled with cherry flavoured cream 15% and cherry jam 5% and covered with cocoa coating 20% Ingredients: Dough 60%: wheat flour, sugar, whole egg powder, rapeseed oil, glucose syrup, humectants (glycerin, sorbitol), whey powder, wheat starch, emulsifiers (mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, polyglycerol esters of fatty acids, soy lecithin), raising agents (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium hydrogen carbonate), salt, flavoring (vanilla, natural orange), preservatives (potassium sorbate). Cocoa coating 20%: sugar, totally hydrogenated vegetable fat (soy, palm and rapeseed oil)), cocoa powder (min.15%), emulsifiers (soy lecithin), flavoring: vanilla. Filling 15%: palm oil, glucose- fructose syrup, sugar, skimmed milk powder, dextrose, emulsifiers (mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, polyglycerol esters of fatty acids, soya lecithin), salt, flavoring: cherry; acidity regulator (citric acid), preservatives (potassium sorbate). Cherry jam 5%: sugar, fruit pulp 35% (20% cherry, 15% apple), glucose syrup, acidity regulator (citric acid), gelling agent (pectin), preservatives (potassium sorbate), flavoring: cherry. May contain traces of hazelnut.
